NETWORK ENGINEER We are looking for an experienced Onsite Network Support Engineer to provide technical support at a customer site in Wales, three days per week.

This role is ideally suited to an engineer with a network-focused infrastructure skillset, rather than a traditional MSP/general IT support background.

The engineer will provide support across both the customer's office environment and a separate project network supporting an active tunnelling project.

The successful candidate should be comfortable troubleshooting network and connectivity issues, working with physical network infrastructure, and acting as capable remote hands for network specialists working remotely.

Key Responsibilities Office Network Support Provide onsite support for the customer's office IT and network environment, including: Troubleshooting network connectivity and infrastructure issues.

Supporting routers, switches, cabling and associated network equipment.

Carrying out physical checks, reboots, cable tracing and connectivity testing.

Working with remote network teams to diagnose and resolve incidents.

Replacing or reconnecting network equipment where required.

Escalating more complex network incidents to the appropriate technical teams.

Providing general end-user IT support where required.
