Solutions Architect (SC Cleared) Microsoft Teams & Migration Specialist We are looking for an experienced SC Cleared Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies and a proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-scale migration projects.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile programmes, helping organisations modernise their collaboration platforms with a strong focus on Microsoft Teams and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities Design and deliver end-to-end Microsoft-based solutions for enterprise clients.
Lead the architecture and technical design of Microsoft Teams deployments and migration programmes.
Develop migration strategies for collaboration platforms, including tenant-to-tenant, hybrid, and cloud migration scenarios.
Produce high-quality technical documentation, solution designs, and architecture diagrams.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to project delivery teams.
Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement throughout project delivery.
Essential Skills & Experience Active SC Clearance Extensive experience as a Solutions Architect within Microsoft environments.
Strong expertise across the Microsoft 365 platform.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Teams, including architecture, governance, security, and lifecycle management.
Proven experience delivering large-scale Microsoft Teams migration projects.
Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations and Microsoft collaboration technologies.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Share Point Online, and One Drive.
Knowledge of hybrid Microsoft environments and cloud transformation initiatives.
