Support Engineer Field Based We are looking for an experienced Support Engineer to work with clients across the South East visiting sites to deal with repairs and training. The role covers a wide area covering the whole of the South East so you will need to be comfortable driving around the UK. You will be support clients with their queries from basic maintenance and support of company products and equipment through to training and development of their own staff. Full training will be provided, however you will need to possess the following skills and experience: Experience working as a Service Engineer with a full UK driving license with no more than 6 points. Experience of triaging and fixing equipment from replacing parts through to network connectivity. Ability to manage your own time, working with clients to arrange sites visits to suit their needs. Strong documentation and administration skills, have the ability to ensure all documentation is completed correctly. Any formal IT or electrical certification is highly beneficial, as is CSCS certification as you may have to visit live construction sites. Fully conversant with a range of IT packages, such as Windows.
