3-month FTC Full time, 37.5 hour pw South Kent
Are you an experienced administrator looking for a challenging and varied role? If so, we may have the ideal role for you! My client, an established not for profit organisation are looking for a People Coordinator to join the People and Culture team on full time, temporary basis.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent customer service skills and a passion/interest within Human Resources!
Duties for the People Coordinator role include:
- Administrative Support: Provide full administrative support to the People and Culture team including email management, accurately logging requests on the system, working with the payroll team, and managing employment changes internally. Supporting the wider team to deliver policies, procedures, projects and practices.
- Recruitment Administration: Completing compliance checks including DBS applications for new starters. Sending out offer letters and contracts for new starters. Handling withdrawal letters. Working closely with hiring managers to ensure the smooth handover process. Gathering references for new starters.
- People Administration: Resolving enquiries, processing rate of pay changes, managing employee files, confidential waste management. Attending meetings when required. Managing employee lanyards and ID badges.
To be considered for this role, you must have/be:
- Strong administrative experience within a similar role.
- A genuine interest in HR or recruitment.
- Computer literacy, able to navigate MS Packages including Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well within a team.
- Able to build and maintain strong working relationships.
