Pearson Whiffin Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with an established manufacturing company in the Swale area in their search for a standalone HR Manager/BP. This is a stable, long-term opportunity which involves end to end generalist HR management and all associated administration.

Duties include:

  • Working on site, you will be the sole point of contact for all stakeholders regarding any HR issues, building great relationships across the board
  • Supporting management and offering guidance on any investigations or employee issues
  • Extensive record and document management
  • Carrying out all HR administration
  • Running payroll
  • Working collaboratively with the SLT

To be considered you will have:

  • Proven generalist HR experience within Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction or similar
  • A positive attitude to work
  • Experience working standalone ideally
  • Exceptional administrative skills
  • An excellent grasp of the English language
  • CIPD to Level 5 as a minimum (or equivalent)
  • In depth knowledge of current UK employment law
  • Experience managing ER cases end to end
  • Previous involvement with restructuring/redundancies
  • A resilient but approachable personality
  • The ability to work on site 5 days a week
