Pearson Whiffin Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with an established manufacturing company in the Swale area in their search for a standalone HR Manager/BP. This is a stable, long-term opportunity which involves end to end generalist HR management and all associated administration.
Duties include:
- Working on site, you will be the sole point of contact for all stakeholders regarding any HR issues, building great relationships across the board
- Supporting management and offering guidance on any investigations or employee issues
- Extensive record and document management
- Carrying out all HR administration
- Running payroll
- Working collaboratively with the SLT
To be considered you will have:
- Proven generalist HR experience within Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction or similar
- A positive attitude to work
- Experience working standalone ideally
- Exceptional administrative skills
- An excellent grasp of the English language
- CIPD to Level 5 as a minimum (or equivalent)
- In depth knowledge of current UK employment law
- Experience managing ER cases end to end
- Previous involvement with restructuring/redundancies
- A resilient but approachable personality
- The ability to work on site 5 days a week
