This full-time Customer Service Executive role is focused on providing proactive customer experience to a range of business customers who are purchasing technical products.
Key duties include:
- Providing exceptional customer service, acting as the first point of contact for customers of this manufacturing business.
- Communicating professionally with customers to gain a deeper understanding of their businesses and needs.
- Processing customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams.
- Putting together quotations and managing documentation.
- Updating the internal CRM system with accurate information of customers records.
- Managing fleet contracts, including processing orders and instructions as appropriate.
- Assisting the sales team in building and maintaining strong customer relationships while identifying cross-selling opportunities.
Essential Requirements:
- Significant solid experience in a relevant role, managing customer accounts within a company offering a technical product line.
