My client is a well-established B2B business who operate as the leading global work at height trade association. They are seeking a candidate with exceptional attention to detail who has previous experience managing auditors and their services. The ideal candidate will be data-driven with strong analytical skills.
Duties include:
- Oversee and guide a team of auditors, ensuring that audits comply with company guidelines, policies and procedures
- Drive continuous improvement in quality and performance within the audit team
- Track and assess the performance of the audit team
- Reviewing audit reports for quality and provide clear feedback to auditors
- Draft, review and revise documents and procedures
- Resolving any audit related queries
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Strong experience in a lead auditing role
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex technical standards and reports
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills, with the ability to assess data effectively
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with risk assessment processes and procedures
- Knowledge of ISO 19011 standards, with experience in ISO 17024 and ISO 17021
