Your Opportunity
This is a permanent position. Minimum of 10 hours per month required. Pay rate is £13.37 per hour, paid monthly. As a Test Centre Administrator, you will be part of our global organization, working alongside talented colleagues dedicated to supporting learners and test-takers. You will be responsible for supporting test-takers visiting our Pearson VUE Test Centres, ensuring secure exam delivery and providing excellent customer service in a friendly environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Welcome, greet, and check-in candidates.
- Follow all exam security protocols and company policies.
- Verify candidate identification and explain testing procedures.
- Proctor and monitor candidates during exams.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
- Perform housekeeping duties like cleaning and sanitizing after each test.
This role offers the chance to gain experience working with diverse teams and to suggest improvements to enhance customer experience. Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, is essential.
