This role sits within the Transformation Office and reports to the Team Manager, Agile Business Analyst. Leading the Business Analyst team, the role is primarily accountable for identifying business needs, defining project scope, and ensuring the final solution delivers the intended business value. Acting as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, the role translates business needs into clear, actionable product requirements, helping to prevent scope creep and ensure solutions align with strategic objectives. Alongside this, the role manages a team of business analysts, setting and embedding best-practice delivery frameworks and driving consistency, operational excellence, and a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team of business analysts, providing line management and development.
- Act as a business analyst on projects, gathering, documenting, and validating requirements.
- Establish and embed best practice frameworks for program and project delivery, raising maturity and standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in analysis processes and documentation.
- Connect the dots across the wider transformation portfolio and PQ TX, ensuring collaborative impact.
- Support matrix management, collaborating with project teams and stakeholders.
