We're looking for a Product Development Lead to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will lead the design and development of vocational teaching and learning products, including qualifications, assessments, and digital/print content that meets the needs of learners, educators, and regulatory bodies across international markets.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Design and develop qualifications and assessments that are innovative, compliant, and commercially sound
  • Gather and apply customer and market insights to shape product strategy
  • Lead virtual teams and external experts to deliver projects on time, to budget, and with impact
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Pearson to support product implementation and lifecycle management
  • Champion a learner- and customer-first approach in everything you do

What You'll Bring:

  • Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Deep understanding of the education and qualifications landscape (UK and/or international)
  • Experience in qualification and/or assessment design and development
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to balance commercial goals and compliance
