Our client, a growing digital organisation based in Rayleigh, is currently looking for an experienced Web Developer to join their in-house team. The company delivers high-performance web applications and platforms and aims to scale further by bringing on board a developer with strong experience in modern web technologies.
Base pay range
£50,000 – £80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Location
Essex. This is an in-person role, so you are required 5x per week.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dynamic web applications
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver clean, scalable, and secure solutions

Experience
- 3+ years of experience in web development
- Experience with the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue
- Experience using Git for version control
- Understanding of back-end frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills
Preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Familiarity with API development and testing methodologies
