Tech Lead – MERN Stack Fully Remote – Up to €100k
Pearson Carter are currently working with an industry leading cyber security platform that are looking to expand their development team even further. This company have grown at a rapid rate over the last 12 months!
They are looking for a hands-on leader with deep expertise in the MERN stack and a strong background in cloud-native development. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, engineers, and product teams to shape the technical direction and ensure delivery of high-impact features.

Responsibilities:
- Lead development across the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
- Drive architecture decisions and ensure high code quality
- Mentor and guide a team of developers
- Collaborate with Product and DevOps to plan and deliver roadmap features
- Ensure scalable, maintainable cloud-native deployments using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Contribute to continuous improvement in process, tooling, and performance
Experience:
- Strong commercial experience with the MERN stack
- Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
- Proven track record in AWS cloud environments
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Background in SaaS and product-led businesses
- Comfortable in fast-paced, agile environments (teams of 50–500)
Location
This is a fully remote role.
