We’re partnering with a fast-growing UK financial services group on an ambitious growth journey. Over the next two years, the business plans to double its loan book, grow the technology team by 50%, double deal execution speed, and scale its portfolio to 100 companies. Technology is right at the heart of making that happen.
They provide a range of funding solutions including asset finance, term loans, invoice finance and multi-facility asset-based lending — and the engineering team plays a critical role in enabling smarter, faster decision-making across the business.

- Designing and building modern .NET 8 applications
- Working heavily on API-led architecture
- Building and enhancing React-based front ends
- Collaborating closely with product, credit, operations and senior leadership
- Helping shape technical direction and best practice as the platform scales
