Pearson Carter are working with one of the leading Microsoft Partners based in the United Kingdom. They are looking to grow their team and hire an experienced Senior Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value, complex customers. This is a great opportunity for a commercially driven account manager to take ownership of key relationships and drive long-term revenue growth.
The role:
- Own and develop long‑term relationships with a portfolio of high-value and complex customers
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact for your accounts
- Build and maintain account plans aligned to customer objectives and challenges
- Lead regular account reviews and strategic discussions with senior stakeholders
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure delivery, accountability and outcomes
- Identify and drive growth opportunities including upsell, cross‑sell and contract expansion
- Own revenue targets and growth plans across your accounts
- Lead contract renewals and commercial negotiations
The candidate:
- 5 years’ experience in account management, commercial or customer-facing roles within ERP, SaaS or subscription-based environments
- Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder customer relationships
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving account growth, retention and expansion
- Strategic mindset with the ability to focus on long-term customer value and account development
- Excellent communication skills, confident engaging with both operational teams and senior stakeholders
Salary: Up to £65,000 per year + £15,000 OTE
