Role
You will be working within a highly lucrative industry and position in which you make uncapped commission on all placements on top of your base salary. A role in the recruitment industry is highly competitive, fast paced and requires hard working & self-motivated individuals, but the benefits are extremely rewarding. The position requires you to work with national and international clients from SMEs to Enterprise Corporate companies in providing consultancy services to help them find and hire Microsoft Dynamics experienced professionals. This is a predominately telesales-based role which will include outbound/inbound calls, negotiating, cold calling, account management, networking, headhunting and building industry expertise.
