Pearson Carter are currently working with an award-winning gaming technology to recruit an experienced React Native Developer to join their dynamic and expanding team, working across the iGaming and Gamification industry. This is a key role focused on delivering high-performance React Native mobile application solutions with a strong emphasis on code quality, security, and scalability.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality React Native mobile applications for iOS and Android, focusing on performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers to implement features, UI/UX improvements, and third-party integrations.
- Contribute to architecture and code quality through test-driven development, code reviews, and maintaining clean, well-documented code.
Experience:
- 5 years of React Native experience, with strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript, and mobile UI/UX principles.
- Hands-on knowledge of native mobile development (Android with Java/Kotlin, iOS with Swift/Objective-C), RESTful APIs, and tools like Xcode, Android Studio, and Firebase.
- Experience with testing and DevOps, including unit/integration testing (e.g., Cypress, Selenium), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a detail-oriented mindset, ability to work independently, and previous exposure to gamification, iGaming, or similar environments (preferred).
Salary: From 60,000 to 80,000 DOE
Location: Fully remote position
