Microsoft D365 Business Central Support Consultant, Fully Remote
Pearson Carter is working with a leading Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central partner in the UK. The partner is expanding and requires a consultant with extensive experience in D365 BC to support upcoming projects.
Salary: up to £45,000, depending on experience. The role is fully remote with a complete benefits package and a strong focus on professional development.
Responsibilities
- Support customers with D365 BC issues and resolve problems for users.
- Deliver excellent customer service and technical support to TSG customers.
- Provide high‑level 2nd line support.
- Work on small ISV projects from a functional standpoint.
- Collaborate with 3rd line support/development teams.
Experience
- Experience in a D365 BC support consultant role.
- Background as a Microsoft Partner.
- Experience delivering high‑level 2nd line support.
Desirable
- Further experience across third‑party integrations, API/service connectivity issues, user documentation, and knowledge‑base updates.
- Interest in moving into a consultancy role in the near future.
Salary
Up to £45,000 and includes pension schemes.
Location
Fully remote; the client has an office in the North East of England.
