Responsibilities:
- Partnering with engineering, product, and design leaders to shape the team’s direction and strategy.
- Supporting and driving the engineering and product strategy with the help of your team.
- Enabling the engineering team to achieve high levels of quality, performance, and reliability.
- Teaching, mentoring, coaching and being a role model for engineers and other engineering managers.
- Creating a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive team culture focused on predictability, speed, and customer value.
- Helping to shape and evolve the engineering culture by contributing to company-wide engineering initiatives.
Experience:
- Strong experience with .NET & C#, Angular as well as being capable of managing teams using these technologies.
- A good understanding of mobile technologies such as React Native and iOS Android development.
- Knowledge of AI tools and able to help integrate them into teams’ workflows.
- Previous experience as an Engineering Manager would be highly beneficial.
