D365 Business Central Developer – £50,000–£65,000 – Remote (UK Based)
Pearson Carter is proud to be working with a well-established Microsoft Partner that delivers bespoke Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions across a variety of sectors including manufacturing, distribution, and professional services.
Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are looking for a D365 Business Central Developer with 5 years of experience to join their close-knit and collaborative development team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on full life-cycle projects, including development of tailored BC extensions, upgrades, and integrations.
The role is fully remote, with optional visits to client sites or occasional team meet-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain bespoke D365 BC solutions using AL and C#.NET
- Collaborate with functional consultants and other developers to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Engage in full software development lifecycle: requirements, development, testing, deployment
- Work with both On-prem and SaaS BC environments
- Provide support for existing NAV/BC solutions and develop custom enhancements
- Contribute to technical documentation and provide training when needed
Experience:
- 5 years’ experience in NAV / D365 BC development
- Strong knowledge of AL language and Extensions 2.0
- Experience with C#.NET and Azure technologies
- Solid understanding of ERP modules and business processes
- Exposure to both On-premise and Cloud-based BC implementations
- Experience across multiple industries is a plus (especially Manufacturing or Distribution)
