Responsibilities: Oversee the daily functionality of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting issues. Manage users, privileges, and license allocations to meet business requirements efficiently. Manage and review the relationship with external suppliers to support maintenance and improvements. Work with key stakeholders to lead CRM functionality development projects and test upgrades. Collaborate with the Head of Development on system integrations. Experience: Experience in maintaining and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics systems. Experience leading large-scale Microsoft Dynamics transformation projects. Expertise in customizing and delivering Dynamics solutions in areas such as Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing Salary They offer an excellent salary package of up to £75,000, depending on experience!
