Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant – Up to £50,000 – Remote (UK, Portugal, Spain)
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join a well-established, international organisation with strong expertise in Finance, HR, and software integrations. This is a remote role, ideal for a candidate based in the UK, Portugal, or Spain, who is comfortable with up to 30% international travel.

Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions with a strong focus on Finance & Accounting modules
- Manage multiple international client projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align business requirements with system capabilities
- Provide expert guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle
- Support international implementations, adapting solutions to varied client needs
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness
- Travel internationally (up to 30%) to client sites as required
Experience Required
- 3 years’ experience in similar Dynamics 365 Business Central functional roles (range 3-10 years preferred)
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Business Central Finance modules; strong accounting background essential
- Proven track record delivering international Business Central implementations
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Leadership skills with the ability to work autonomously and confidently
- Experience working with partners and multiple stakeholders is desirable
- Must be a British Citizen or hold ILR (no sponsorship available)
- Must reside near an airport within the UK, Portugal, or Spain for travel convenience
