Microsoft D365 Business Central Consultant Up to £70,000 £5,400 Car Allowance Fully Remote (UK-Based)
We’re partnering with a growing Microsoft Partner that is expanding its Dynamics 365 Business Central consulting capability. This permanent, fully remote role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced D365 BC Consultant to lead full ERP implementations, shape client solutions, and work across financials, distribution, and warehouse management.
As a Business Central Consultant, you’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle—collaborating closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable Business Central solutions. The role offers variety, autonomy, and career growth within a collaborative delivery team focused on impact and quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, including discovery, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support
- Deliver and optimise solutions across finance, inventory, distribution, and warehouse management
- Design and implement integrations using Tasklet Factory Mobile WMS
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable Business Central solutions
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and system walkthroughs for stakeholders
- Produce high-quality documentation and functional specifications for both clients and development teams
- Work collaboratively with project managers, consultants, and developers to ensure successful delivery
- Support reporting tools such as Jet Reports and Power BI, as well as data migration and system optimisation post-implementation
Experience & Skills We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) projects
- Strong functional knowledge in core finance, inventory, distribution, and warehouse management
- Experience with Tasklet Factory Mobile WMS is a must
- Skilled in delivering full ERP implementation lifecycles
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent communication, documentation, and process mapping capabilities
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK for client engagements
Desirable Skills
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Experience delivering solutions for charity or non-profit sector clients
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Jet Reports and Power BI
- Understanding of Power Platform tools including Power Automate and Logic Apps
