An international non‑profit humanitarian organisation is seeking a Systems Accountant with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Finance) experience. The role focuses on configuring, developing, and supporting a global finance system, ensuring alignment with operational needs, compliance, and long‑term strategy. You’ll sit between Finance, IT, and the business, translating financial requirements into scalable system solutions and supporting the full lifecycle from discovery through post‑go‑live support.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Central finance configuration and optimisation
- Act as the bridge between finance users and technical teams
- Perform business process analysis and recommend system improvements
- Design workflows and deliver technical solutions
- Manage testing, training, and user adoption
- Support Salesforce Business Central integration
- Own upgrades, enhancements, and system changes
- Provide hands‑on project support from requirements to BAU
- Ensure systems meet regional compliance and control requirements
Required Experience & Skills
- 3 years hands‑on Dynamics 365 Business Central (Finance modules)
- Strong understanding of finance processes & internal controls
- Ability to translate finance needs into system configurations
- Confident stakeholder management across functions
- Experience with system upgrades, enhancements, and support
- Background in NGO / Charity / non‑profit environments
- Qualified accountant: ACCA / CIMA / ACA
- Familiarity with Power Platform
- Agile delivery experience
- Eligible to work without sponsorship requirements
