We’re working with a well-established, niche consultancy in the automotive space, looking to hire a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their tight-knit team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact in a smaller business where your work is visible, valued, and directly contributes to client success. The company has been around since 2010, with excellent staff retention and a genuine culture of internal progression – junior developers regularly move up, and there’s no glass ceiling.
The Tech (What really matters)
- This role is heavily SQL-focused, so strong database skills are essential.
- Core stack: SQL Server (expert level), ASP.NET (MVC) & C#, HTML, Razor, Bootstrap, CSS, Source control (Bitbucket / SourceTree).
- Nice to have: SOLID principles, IIS, Microsoft DevOps (or exposure), .NET Core.
The Role
- 50/50 split between new development and maintaining existing systems.
- Working across the full stack, but with a strong backend/data focus.
- Be the go-to technical person for junior developers.
- Collaborate with a small dev team (2 Seniors, Team Lead).
