An established client is seeking an SC Cleared Senior Quality Analyst on an initial contract. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of mission-critical systems through test planning, execution, defect management, and continuous improvement. Working within an Agile team, you will support the delivery of high-quality solutions while ensuring compliance with security and governance standards in a secure environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the success of a commercially attractive, regulatory compliant and well aligned programme offer.
  • Manage the entire product life cycles for our Automation with AI (AA4) and Business Impact with AI (AI4) products, in the first instance.
  • Plan and manage new programme builds as well as continuous improvements to meet quality, budget and timeline requirements.
  • Understand market intelligence, product scans and competitor analysis to determine product developments and innovations.
  • Analyse user research and learner feedback to identify requirements for our products.

Skills

  • Strong interest and hands-on experience in process automation, low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Zapier), and the practical business application of AI.
  • Strong interest and experience in leveraging AI to enhance processes and improving workflows.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the structure of apprenticeships including Standards, assessment plans, assessment methods, KSBs and EPA.
  • Experience of interrogating KSBs at the granular level.
  • Knowledge and understanding of AI apprenticeships.
