The Role
We’re looking for an experienced EUC Engineer with a strong support background to help manage, maintain, and improve end-user computing environments. You’ll be hands-on with Windows 11, device management, patching, imaging, and security updates in a large-scale enterprise setup.
What You’ll Be Doing
- End-user support and troubleshooting
- Windows 11 installs, configuration & maintenance
- Patching, imaging, and OS deployments
- Applying security updates and bug fixes
- Managing devices using Intune & SCCM
- Supporting Azure-based endpoint services
- Using PowerShell for automation and scripting
