I wanted to share a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Applications Development Manager to lead the design, development, and maintenance of cutting‐edge application services within a dynamic and collaborative environment. This position is ideal for someone who excels in technical leadership, managing software engineering teams, and delivering robust, secure, and scalable solutions. You will have the chance to work with both in‐house teams and external partners, ensuring the development of services that are automated, efficient, and meet both business and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation, testing, and maintenance of software services in line with architectural principles and best practices.
- Manage and mentor a talented software engineering team, driving efficiency through DevOps tooling, automation, and process optimization.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring the timely delivery of high‐quality solutions.
- Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate user needs into innovative, scalable services.
Experience
- D365 & Power Platform Lead Developer or Technical Lead experience.
- Model Driven and Canvas Apps experience.
- Power Automate, Power Pages, and Logic Apps expertise.
- Strong coding skills in C# .NET and JavaScript.
- Experience with Azure, including YAML pipelines.
- Knowledge of Power BI and Service Bus (preferred).
- PL‐400 certification (preferred).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
