THE ROLE: We are hiring a Business Central Application Manager / Implementation Lead to join the delivery function.
- Lead end-to-end Business Central project delivery across key client accounts
- Oversee business as usual support and ongoing client success
- Manage and support a small team in a techno-functional capacity
- Act as the key point of contact between stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams
- Ensure successful delivery of implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement
THE CANDIDATE: Business Central Application Manager / Implementation Lead
- Proven experience in a senior Business Central / NAV role (8 years)
- Experience in a lead capacity (Lead Consultant or Lead Developer)
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse and Manufacturing modules
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience
- Ideally techno-functional with hands-on delivery and implementation experience
THE OFFER: £95,000–£100,000, 5% pension, 23 days annual leave, Private medical cover (family), Expenses paid for client site travel, Hybrid working – 1 day per week on client site in Harlow for the first few months.
