Pearson Carter are working with a large established public sector organisation who are seeking a Power Platform Developer to join them as part of their enterprise digital transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise projects, utilising the latest Power Platform technology. You will join a wider, collaborative team, benefiting from a flexible working culture, with the opportunity to continuously train, develop and obtain certifications.
Experience

Salary
In return they are offering an attractive salary between £44,241 to £58,997, in addition to a 28.97% employer pension contribution and 25 days’ annual leave, rising to 30 days with continuous service. Candidates based from their Yeading/Uxbridge office will be eligible for an additional £4,000 London Weighting.
Location
The successful candidates will be required to work from one of their following offices on a hybrid basis (60% office based, 40% home based): Swansea, Bristol, Newcastle, Nottingham, Oldham, Leeds, Birmingham or Yeading/Uxbridge. Please note, candidates who apply must be eligible for Security Clearance. To be clearable you must have lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years and not left for a period of 30 days or more at one time over the last 5 years.

Stage 1: Sift
At sift, you will be assessed against the following Success Profile elements:
- Experience – you will be asked to provide a CV (unlimited wordcount) and personal statement (1000-word count). Please provide evidence of your Experience of the following:
- Experience working with technical teams to deliver user-focused services in an agile environment
- Experience of coaching and mentoring software developers/test engineers to develop their skills
- Strong applied knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or Microsoft Power Platform, including an in-depth understanding of their capabilities, boundaries, and constraints.
- Development experience using some of the following: C#, .net, Dynamics Plugin, Power Fx, Model/Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365 CE, Powershell, ALM Pipeline, Azure DevOps, Dataverse
The sift will take place week commencing 24th August 2026.
Stage 2: Interview and Assessment/Presentation

The interviews will take place week from 7th September 2026. This interview will be conducted online via Microsoft Teams. Further details will be provided to you should you be selected for interview.
