Lead D365 F&O Consultant – £90k – Birmingham Pearson Carter are currently working with a growing End User in the West Midlands who are looking for a Lead D365 F&O Consultant to join their team. In this role, you would be responsible for analysing business requirements, designing and implementing high-quality solutions, and delivering customizations, integrations, and new functionalities within the Dynamics 365 environment. You’ll also have the chance to collaborate with a dynamic team, lead change management initiatives, and drive strategic improvements. What’s unique about this opportunity is the chance to work across both Dynamics 365 CE and F&O, engaging in everything from system configurations to project management, and helping stakeholders maximize their use of the platform. Responsibilities Analyse and debug technical issues, providing timely resolution and support to end users and stakeholders. Analysis of business processes to provide technical guidance on how Dynamics 365 can address business need. Collaborate with application change managers and external support partners to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Work with suppliers to design, develop, test and deploy customisations, integrations and new functionality within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. Experience 6 years of experience in D365 implementations, with a strong grasp of Dynamics Sales, Marketing, Power Platform or Finance & Operations. A proven track record in project management (Agile, Waterfall), business analysis, and technical leadership. A natural curiosity and proactive mindset in identifying opportunities for system improvements.
