Pearson Carter are currently working with a growing End User in the West Midlands who are looking for a Lead D365 F&O Consultant to join their team. In this role, you would be responsible for analysing business requirements, designing and implementing high-quality solutions, and delivering customisations, integrations, and new functionalities within the Dynamics 365 environment. You’ll also have the chance to collaborate with a dynamic team, lead change management initiatives, and drive strategic improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Analyse and debug technical issues, providing timely resolution and support to end users and stakeholders.
  • Analysis of business processes to provide technical guidance on how Dynamics 365 can address business needs.
  • Collaborate with application change managers and external support partners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Work with suppliers to design, develop, test and deploy customisations, integrations and new functionality within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in D365 implementations, with a strong grasp of Dynamics Sales, Marketing, Power Platform or Finance & Operations.
  • A proven track record in project management (Agile, Waterfall), business analysis, and technical leadership.
  • A natural curiosity and proactive mindset in identifying opportunities for system improvements.

They offer an excellent salary of up to £95K depending on experience. 25 days annual leave rising to 26 after one year plus all UK bank holidays. Free onsite parking and lunch when working + flexible working options for some roles (generally 3/2 – Mon/Fri home). Pension matching up to 7% (but colleague can contribute more). Dental, Cash Health and Holiday Buy.

The client has an office in Birmingham and the role is hybrid.
