IT Manager – up to £65,000 – Warrington
We are seeking a hands-on and experienced IT Manager to join a dynamic and growing organisation in Warrington. This role is ideal for someone with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) experience, solid technical knowledge across Microsoft platforms, and a proactive, business-focused mindset.
You will be responsible for overseeing local IT operations and service delivery in the UK while supporting broader group-level initiatives. The position offers an excellent blend of operational responsibility, project involvement, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day IT operations and service delivery for the UK office.
- Act as the first point of contact for IT issues, escalating where necessary.
- Provide hands-on support and configuration for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).
- Support and troubleshoot Office 365, Power BI, and related business systems.
- Drive local IT projects and assist with wider change initiatives.
- Liaise directly with internal stakeholders to understand and challenge requirements.
- Promote cybersecurity awareness and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Maintain IT assets, access controls, and incident documentation.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- 5 years in IT support, operations, systems administration, or business analysis roles.
- Hands-on experience supporting and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).
- Strong experience with Office 365 and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident working in a standalone IT role with the ability to own and drive conversations.
- Background in distribution, warehousing, or logistics is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with:
- Pick-Pack-Ship processes
- EDI troubleshooting
- Barcode scanner support
Nice to Have
- Business Analysis skills – requirements gathering, process mapping, improvement initiatives.
- Experience working in global or multi-region teams.
- Exposure to project/change delivery and change management frameworks.
The Offer
- Salary: £55,000 – £65,000
- Location: Warrington
- Hours:
- Mon–Thurs: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 3:45pm
