IT Manager – up to £65,000 – Warrington

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced IT Manager to join a dynamic and growing organisation in Warrington. This role is ideal for someone with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) experience, solid technical knowledge across Microsoft platforms, and a proactive, business-focused mindset.

You will be responsible for overseeing local IT operations and service delivery in the UK while supporting broader group-level initiatives. The position offers an excellent blend of operational responsibility, project involvement, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day IT operations and service delivery for the UK office.
  • Act as the first point of contact for IT issues, escalating where necessary.
  • Provide hands-on support and configuration for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).
  • Support and troubleshoot Office 365, Power BI, and related business systems.
  • Drive local IT projects and assist with wider change initiatives.
  • Liaise directly with internal stakeholders to understand and challenge requirements.
  • Promote cybersecurity awareness and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Maintain IT assets, access controls, and incident documentation.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5 years in IT support, operations, systems administration, or business analysis roles.
  • Hands-on experience supporting and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).
  • Strong experience with Office 365 and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident working in a standalone IT role with the ability to own and drive conversations.
  • Background in distribution, warehousing, or logistics is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with:
    • Pick-Pack-Ship processes
    • EDI troubleshooting
    • Barcode scanner support

Nice to Have

  • Business Analysis skills – requirements gathering, process mapping, improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working in global or multi-region teams.
  • Exposure to project/change delivery and change management frameworks.

The Offer

  • Salary: £55,000 – £65,000
  • Location: Warrington
  • Hours:
    • Mon–Thurs: 8:30am – 5:00pm
    • Friday: 8:30am – 3:45pm
