Pearson Carter are partnering with an established manufacturing organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor who will join their HR team. You will provide expert HR support across the full employee lifecycle while partnering with managers to deliver effective people solutions.
You will manage employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, data integrity, GDPR compliance and reporting, in a fast-paced environment. CIPD Level 5 is desirable and experience in manufacturing is advantageous.
