THE ROLE: We are currently hiring a Business Central Application Manager / Implementation Lead to join the delivery team.
- Lead end-to-end Business Central project delivery across key client accounts
- Oversee BAU support and ensure ongoing client success
- Manage and mentor a small team in a techno-functional capacity
- Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams
- Ensure successful delivery of implementations, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
THE CANDIDATE: Proven experience in a senior Business Central / NAV role with around 8 years’ experience. Previous experience in a leadership capacity, such as Lead Consultant or Lead Developer. Strong knowledge of Warehouse and Manufacturing modules. Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills. Ideally techno-functional, with hands-on delivery and implementation experience.
THE OFFER: £95,000–£100,000, 5% pension, 23 days annual leave, Private medical cover for the family, Expenses covered for travel to client sites, Hybrid working – 1 day per week on client site in Harlow for the first few months.
