THE ROLE
- Lead end-to-end Business Central project delivery across key client accounts
- Oversee business as usual support and ongoing client success
- Manage and support a small team in a techno‑functional capacity
- Act as the key point of contact between stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams
- Ensure successful delivery of implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement
THE CANDIDATE
- Proven experience in a senior Business Central / NAV role (8 years)
- Experience in a lead capacity (Lead Consultant or Lead Developer)
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse and Manufacturing modules
- Strong customer‑facing and stakeholder management experience
- Ideally techno‑functional with hands‑on delivery and implementation experience
THE OFFER
- £95,000–£100,000
- 5% pension
- 23 days annual leave
- Private medical cover (family)
- Expenses paid for client site travel
- Hybrid working – 1 day per week on client site in Harlow for the first few months
