Pearson Carter are currently recruiting a D365/Azure Principal AI and Data Architect for an established, growing Microsoft Gold Partner specialising in D365 solutions across a niche market. Backed by recent private investment, they are expanding their Data & AI capability and creating a brand-new Principal AI & Data Architect role combining complex data architecture with pre‑sales leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex Data Architecture design across D365, Dynamics 365 CE / CRM and Finance and Operations projects, ensuring scalable Azure Cloud solutions.
- Own pre-sales engagements, shaping AI, Data and Azure strategy to win new D365 and standalone data projects.
- Architect end-to-end Azure solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) including AI Foundry, Platform, Security, Storage and Applications.
- Define Data governance, integration and AI Architecture aligned to Customer Engagement and F&O transformation programmes.
- Act as technical authority across Microsoft Dynamics CRM, D365 F&O, Business Central and broader Cloud estates.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a hands‑on Data Architect within a Microsoft Partner / consultancy environment.
- Deep delivery experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or D365 F&O (Finance and Operations).
- Strong Azure architecture background – Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, Pipelines, Security, Data Platform, AI Foundry.
- Experience designing enterprise Data and AI solutions across CRM, Customer Engagement, Sales, Marketing and ERP workloads.
- British Citizen, ILR or Settled Status.
Salary & Benefits:
£100,000 – £110,000, 5% annual bonus
Location:
Remote role with client site travel. Expect 4–6 pre‑sales trips per month, primarily London‑based. Candidates should ideally be within two hours of London for ease of travel.
