Job Overview
A fast-growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner is seeking a visionary Service Delivery Director to lead and optimise consultancy, development, and project management teams. You will drive operational excellence, ensure exceptional client satisfaction, and shape scalable delivery practices to support ambitious growth plans.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement service delivery strategy aligned with company goals.
- Oversee all project services ensuring delivery within budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams, mentoring and managing resource allocation.
- Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and implement improvements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing escalations and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide feedback to product development.
- Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and P&L accountability.
- Participate in sales cycles supporting pre-sales and proposals.
- Drive continuous improvement and risk management strategies.
Experience
- 7+ years in senior delivery leadership within a Microsoft partner or ERP/CRM consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.
- Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams across consultancy, development, and project delivery.
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Experience managing resource planning, project financials, and professional services automation.
- Commercially focused with P&L management experience.
- Microsoft certifications and familiarity with PSA tools are desirable.
Salary/Package
Up to £100,000 per annum, plus benefits.
