Pearson Carter are partnered with an established organisation within the education / not for profit industry. . They are seeking an experienced CRM Developer to take a lead on a new CRM system for one of their partner establishments. You will also assist in other exciting projects at the organisation within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Manage the CRM development process including code control, software development lifecycle, and deployment of updates to environments.
Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, plugins and processes to meet organisational requirements.
Implement and maintain Dynamics 365 configurations, workflows, and integrations.
Evolve our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementation utilising latest updates and features released by Microsoft to enhance functionality and experience.
To provide end users with effective training and/or guidance on systems, processes, reports and dashboards for which the role has responsibility.
Manage and enhance existing bespoke web (ASP NET) and .NET applications currently integrated with future migration to plugins or PowerApps.
Utilise web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) to enhance web-based CRM solutions.
3-5 years’ experience in Dynamics 365 (CRM) Development.
~ Proficient in Javascript.
~ Strong C# and .Net development skills
~ Knowledge and understanding of SQL databases and stored procedures.
~ Working knowledge of Azure DevOps
~ Knowledge of utilising SharePoint with low code solutions such as Power Platform is desirable.
~ Experience of creating/developing SSRS reports
~ Experience with Microsoft Azure App Services is desirable.
This company has office based in London where you will be expected to work on a hybrid basis, thrice a week to then decrease to once a week after probationary period.
