Job Description
Dynamics 365 Support Analyst – £45k – Hampshire
We are seeking an enthusiastic Dynamics 365 Support Analyst to join a growing and dynamic Microsoft Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in CRM support and customisation who is looking to grow into a consultancy or development role. You'll be part of a small but skilled team supporting varied Dynamics 365 environments, including Power Platform technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Log and process customer issues and requests using Dynamics 365
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or onsite visits
- Manage support tickets effectively in line with SLAs
- Support project-related tasks including CRM improvements and new implementations
- Assist in onboarding new clients and environments
- Maintain a high standard of customer communication and internal updates
- Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement using Power Platform tools
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a desktop or CRM support role
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 customisation (fields, forms, business rules, workflows)
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 security roles and settings
- Experience with data handling, imports/exports, and validation
- Exposure to PowerApps, Power Automate, and JavaScript
- Awareness of Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, and Entra setup
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
Salary:
Up to £45,000 depending on experience Benefits Mentorship Programme
Location:
Hybrid – Must be able to attend the office during probation
Office based in Hampshire – easily commutable from surrounding counties
