Dynamics 365 Support Analyst – Β£45k – Hampshire We are seeking an enthusiastic Dynamics 365 Support Analyst to join a growing and dynamic Microsoft Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in CRM support and customisation who is looking to grow into a consultancy or development role. You\’ll be part of a small but skilled team supporting varied Dynamics 365 environments, including Power Platform technologies. Responsibilities: Log and process customer issues and requests using Dynamics 365 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or onsite visits Manage support tickets effectively in line with SLAs Support project-related tasks including CRM improvements and new implementations Assist in onboarding new clients and environments Maintain a high standard of customer communication and internal updates Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement using Power Platform tools Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a desktop or CRM support role Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 customisation (fields, forms, business rules, workflows) Familiarity with Dynamics 365 security roles and settings Experience with data handling , imports/exports, and validation Exposure to PowerApps, Power Automate, and JavaScript Awareness of Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, and Entra setup Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team Salary: Up to Β£45,000 depending on experience Benefits Mentorship Programme Location: Hybrid – Must be able to attend the office during probation Office based in Hampshire – easily commutable from surrounding counties How to Apply Applications are welcome from professionals with Dynamics 365 CRM support and customisation experience.
