Pearson Carter is currently working with a leading Microsoft Partner in the UK who are looking to bring in a Sales Specialist focused on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. This is a solution-led sales role where you will drive growth by understanding customer challenges, shaping Microsoft Business Application solutions, and working closely with presales and delivery teams to close high-value deals. Responsibilities:
- Lead consultative, discovery-led sales conversations with customers
- Design and position end-to-end D365 and Power Platform solutions
- Own the full sales cycle from qualification through to close
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across mid-market and enterprise clients
- Develop proposals, business cases, and presentations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with presales, technical, and delivery teams on complex deals
- Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Business Applications
- Stay up to date with Microsoft roadmap, market trends, and competitors
Experience:
- Proven experience selling Microsoft Business Applications (D365, Power Platform, Business Central, CE/CRM)
- Strong background in consultative / solution-led sales
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision makers
- Track record of managing pipeline and closing deals
- Experience working alongside technical and delivery teams
- Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
