THE ROLE: We are hiring a Key Account Manager to join the commercial team. This is a strategic, customer-focused position responsible for managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service and identifying opportunities for continued growth.

  • Own and develop long-term relationships with key customers, acting as their primary commercial contact.
  • Build account strategies aligned with customer objectives and business priorities.
  • Lead regular account reviews and strategic discussions with senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure actions are delivered and customer outcomes are achieved.
  • Identify and drive up sell, cross-sell, and contract expansion opportunities.
  • Create and execute revenue and growth plans across your account portfolio.
  • Manage contract renewals and commercial negotiations, ensuring customers continue to realise value from their investment.

THE CANDIDATE:

  • 5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or commercial roles within ERP, SaaS, or subscription-based software environments.
  • Previous experience working for a Microsoft Partner is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing and retaining accounts.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to focus on long‑term customer value.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with both operational teams and senior leadership.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of customer outcomes.
  • Experience using HubSpot, CRM would be advantageous.
