Pearson Carter is working with a rapidly expanding Microsoft Gold Partner headquartered in Milton Keynes. They’re on the lookout for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) Solution Architect to take charge of transformative digital projects across the UK.

Your Role
- Provide architectural leadership for Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions from initial scoping to delivery.
- Design scalable, end-to-end solutions using Power Platform tools: Power Apps (Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power Pages/Portals.
- Manage the entire solution lifecycle: requirement gathering, architecture, configuration, custom development, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with business goals.
Your Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a D365 CRM Solution Architect, ideally in a Microsoft Partner environment.
- Proven capability in designing and delivering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages (Portals).
- Strong communication and client-facing skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
