Pearson Carter is partnering with one of the UK’s leading Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central Partners to expand their talented development team. They are seeking a skilled Mid to Senior Dynamics NAV/Business Central Developer ready to take the next step in their career with a highly respected Microsoft Gold Partner that has won significant business across the UK and Europe.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead full life cycle Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central development projects

• Deliver high-quality, scalable solutions throughout implementations

• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

What you bring:

• 5 years’ experience developing in Dynamics NAV (2015 onwards) and D365 Business Central

• Strong hands-on knowledge of C/AL, CSIDE, AL, SQL Server, Power Apps, and Power BI

• Experience working within a Microsoft Partner environment is essential

• Proven ability to deliver technical excellence on Dynamics NAV/Business Central projects

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary package from £55,000 to £65,000 depending on experience

• Flexible remote working options and home base flexibility

Location:

• Based at the client’s Manchester office with a flexible hybrid working model
