Pearson Carter are currently working with one of the leading Microsoft Gold partners based in the UK. They are seeking a dynamic, driven, and highly experienced Lead Consultant specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of leading and delivering end‑to‑end Business Central implementation projects, ensuring excellence at every stage.
They offer an excellent salary of up to £100k and 25 days annual leave, fully remote working, pension schemes and paid travel to client sites if required!
THE CANDIDATE- 5 years’ experience with D365 BC/LS Retail & LS Central
- Hands‑on experience with LS modules such as Replacements, Events, Bookings, Ticketing, and D365 BC Modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehousing, AWS (Advanced warehousing)
- Strong background in end‑to‑end D365 BC/LS Central project delivery
- Experience integrating LS Central with Dynamics NAV / D365 BC
- Ideally has exposure to Tasklet, Continia, Power BI, or Jet Reports
- Experience across D365 BC modules
- Lead full end‑to‑end implementations of Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Central solutions across the UK and Europe.
- Perform detailed gap analysis and propose effective, scalable solutions.
- Produce high‑quality functional designs and documentation.
- Oversee and participate in solution implementation, including setup and configuration.
- Manage and support testing phases, ensuring readiness for deployment.
- Lead go‑live activities and provide post‑deployment support to ensure smooth adoption.
- Deliver user training, workshops, and knowledge transfer.
