Product Manager (Digital) - Remote - Up to £75,000
Responsibilities
- Drive the success of a commercially attractive, regulatory compliant and well aligned programme offer.
- Manage the entire product life cycles for our Automation with AI (AA4) and Business Impact with AI (AI4) products, in the first instance.
- Plan and manage new programme builds as well as continuous improvements to meet quality, budget and timeline requirements.
- Understand market intelligence, product scans and competitor analysis to determine product developments and innovations.
- Analyse user research and learner feedback to identify requirements for our products.
Skills
- Strong interest and hands-on experience in process automation, low-code platforms (e. g., Power Platform, Zapier), and the practical business application of AI.
- Strong interest and experience in leveraging AI to enhance processes and improving workflows.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the structure of apprenticeships including Standards, assessment plans, assessment methods, KSBs and EPA.
- Experience of interrogating KSBs at the granular level.
- Knowledge and understanding of AI apprenticeships.
