Business Systems Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC up to £60,000 Corby, (Hybrid)

A well-established UK manufacturing business is seeking a Business Systems Manager to lead the next phase of their ERP transformation. Following a long-serving team member’s retirement, this is a rare opportunity to step into a trusted role at the heart of a multi-site organisation.
With a successful migration underway from Dynamics NAV to D365 Business Central, the company is investing heavily in digital modernisation and looking for someone who can drive systems integration, process improvement, and cross-departmental alignment.
The Role
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and ongoing development of D365 Business Central
- Project manage systems improvements and lead cross-functional rollouts
- Manage the integration of core business applications to ensure seamless data flow
- Own the security, stability, and compliance of business-critical systems
- Coordinate with operations, finance, production, and IT teams to align business processes with system capabilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact between IT and the wider business on all system matters
Experience Required
- 3 years’ experience with D365 Business Central (or NAV)
- 3 years’ project management experience, ideally in IT/business systems
- Proven background in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience managing systems integrations across business applications
- Comfortable managing change and liaising with senior stakeholders
Desirable Experience
- Worked in multi-site businesses
- Experience with legacy NAV versions (3.6, 5.0)
- Familiarity with food manufacturing, payment systems, or Qlik Sense
- Exposure to modern software development environments or agile methods
