Business Central Developer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC Up to £60,000 Onsite – Tamworth, West Midlands
We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing and distribution business in the West Midlands that’s mid-way through a company-wide rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. With significant investment already made, they’re now hiring their first in-house Business Central Developer to take ownership of the system’s ongoing development and embed it fully across operations.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead the ongoing development and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (v26.2, cloud)
- Align system design with operational needs across finance, sales, and manufacturing
- Resolve system fit issues and accelerate project completion
- Develop Power BI dashboards and build visual reporting tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and user adoption
- Act as the internal go-to expert for Business Central
Experience & skills we’re looking for:
- 2–3 years’ experience developing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (cloud version)
- Strong skills in Power BI reporting and dashboard creation
- Background in manufacturing or distribution environments
- Confident working directly with stakeholders to align tech with business processes
- Self-sufficient, proactive, and comfortable being the first BC hire in the business
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Business Central’s finance modules
- Experience integrating BC with bespoke legacy systems
