Pearson Carter are currently working with a consulting firm specialising in large-scale digital transformation and Microsoft Business Central (Cloud) implementations. They are looking for a Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central Application Manager / Implementation Lead with strong hands-on experience supporting, enhancing, and delivering Business Central environments in live client settings. They offer an excellent salary depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day Business Central (Cloud) BAU operations across live client environments
- Triage, investigate, and resolve functional and technical ERP issues
- Deliver system enhancements, configuration changes, and ongoing improvements
- Manage small to mid-sized Business Central change and enhancement projects
- Act as primary client contact for operational and application support matters
- Own backlog, releases, SLAs, and overall service delivery governance
- Coordinate developers, consultants, and support resources
- Perform root cause analysis and propose pragmatic solutions
- Work closely with clients to manage priorities, roadmap, and system improvements
- Ensure effective delivery of Business Central aligned to business requirements
Experience:
- Must have strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and D365 Business Central (Cloud)
- Experience in a Business Central Application Support / Implementation / Functional Lead role
- Strong experience supporting live ERP systems in BAU environments
- Experience with Finance, Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain modules
- Experience working with integrations (APIs, middleware, third-party systems)
- Understanding of AL extensions (not necessarily hands-on development)
- Experience with Power BI or reporting tools is beneficial
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
- Experience within Managed Services or Microsoft Partner environments is highly desirable
- Strong experience in Warehousing or Manufacturing environments is preferred
Salary: They offer an excellent salary package up to £100k depending on experience.
Location: The Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central client has an office in London. No sponsorship offered. This opportunity is 1x a week in London.
