About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on ERP & Application Support Engineer to support and enhance core business systems across the organisation. You will take ownership of day-to-day ERP support, work closely with operational teams, and help improve processes, integrations, and user experience. Alongside ERP responsibilities, you will provide support across Microsoft 365, identity management, and general IT service operations. This role is ideal for a customer-focused, technically capable engineer who enjoys problem-solving and working directly with end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the ERP system.
- Resolve issues related to user access, workflows, configuration, and data integrity.
- Support integrations between ERP and systems such as accounting, CRM, and inventory.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on updates and escalations.
- Provide user support, training, and onboarding for ERP and business applications.
- Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Azure AD (Entra), and Intune.
- Contribute to IT projects, system enhancements, and process improvements.
- Document configurations, procedures, and application flows.
Candidate Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 3–5 years in ERP or business application support (SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, HANA, or similar).
- Strong troubleshooting and configuration abilities.
- Knowledge of system integrations and data flows.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, AD/Entra, and endpoint support.
- Scripting experience (PowerShell/SQL) desirable.
- Understanding of warehousing, supply chain, or sales order processes beneficial.
Soft Skills
- Clear communicator with strong customer service instincts.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
